Our locations 

  • Our holding company MYRON was founded in New Jersey in 1949. Around 300 employees are currently employed in North America & Central America. 
  • ADLER Business Gifts opened in 1997 in Saarbrücken, the capital of Saarland, and currently employs around 200 employees. 
  • A majority of the products are personalized and refined by the sister company HCE GmbH, which was founded in 2009 and is based in Saarbrücken. HCE GmbH currently employs around 60 employees. 
  • Since 2024, Schneider has been part of the ADLER/MYRON group.

The European headquarters in Saarbrücken is divided into the following departments:

Customer Service

Our Customer Service department consists of a dynamic team of around 40 dedicated employees, passionately focused on delivering the best possible service to our customers. One area of focus for our staff is language competency for different markets, including Germany, France and the United Kingdom. 

Office

Our office division is a versatile team comprised of approximately 40 staff members, covering different areas of specialisation such as Facilities Management, Finance, Human Resources, IT, Marketing and Product Management. 

 

  • The People & Culture team takes care of the wellbeing of our employees, recruits new talent and ensures a positive work environment. 
  • Product Management is dedicated to continuously improving our products and services to meet the needs of our customers.
  • The IT department ensures the security and efficiency of our information technology and provides support in all technical matters across the company.
  • Facilities Management takes care of the smooth running of our offices and facilities, enabling our employees to concentrate on their work.
  • The finance department assists the management in budget planning and control and also acts as a point of contact for our customers. 
  • The marketing team develops creative strategies to strengthen our brand and attract new customers.

Sales

Our sales department is the largest department with around 100 talented employees, who passionately dedicate themselves to the sale of our products and services. A focus of our employees in the sales area is language competence  for various markets, including Germany and France.
